Purchase Options, Authorizations & Cancellation Policy

Miracle Tree

This policy governs purchases made through Miracle Tree that are offered as subscriptions or pre-orders (“Purchase Options”). By placing an order, you expressly authorize Miracle Tree to charge your payment method in accordance with the terms below, in addition to our Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policies.

All Purchase Options are processed via Shopify Payments and/or Stripe and are subject to their dispute, authorization, and fraud-prevention frameworks.

1. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Miracle Tree to store your payment credentials securely and to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order according to the frequency, pricing, and duration selected at checkout.

Key Terms

• Subscription charges are processed prior to fulfillment.

• Some subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

• You may cancel or modify a subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us. To avoid being charged for the next order, cancel or modify it before the next billing cutoff date, as displayed in your customer portal.

• Cancellations or changes submitted after a charge has been processed will apply to future orders only. Cancelling does not by itself reverse that charge, but the order it paid for is still covered by your return rights, and by your statutory withdrawal rights if you are an EU, EEA, or UK consumer.

Fulfillment & Refunds

• Once a subscription order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Cancelling is not the same as returning: you can still return that order as described below.

• Once a subscription order has shipped, the products in it are treated like any other purchase: if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, you may return them within the 30-day return window set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

• Shipping fees, handling fees, and promotional discounts are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns, unless required by law. This does not apply where an item arrives defective or damaged, in which case the original shipping is refunded under our Returns & Refunds Policy, or where you exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases of products not yet in stock or not yet released.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimated availability and ship dates are non-binding estimates, not guarantees.

• Miracle Tree may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout.

• If partial or no payment is collected, you expressly authorize Miracle Tree to store your payment method and charge the remaining balance automatically when the order enters fulfillment.

Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be canceled only while the order remains unfulfilled.

• Once a pre-order enters fulfillment or ships, it can no longer be canceled; it is then treated as a standard purchase and is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds

• If a pre-order is canceled before it enters fulfillment, any payment collected for it is refunded to the original payment method.

• Refunds do not include price differences due to promotions, bundles, or limited-time offers.

Delays caused by manufacturing issues, logistics constraints, customs, force majeure events, or supplier changes do not constitute grounds for a chargeback or damages, or for cancellation once fulfillment has begun.

3. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• By completing checkout, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for any order that complies with this policy and our Returns Policy.

• Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.

• Miracle Tree reserves the right to submit order confirmations, delivery confirmations, tracking data, customer communications, and policy acceptance records as evidence in dispute proceedings.

Payment disputes are handled under the Shopify Payments / Stripe dispute resolution rules. This does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

4. General Conditions

• Miracle Tree reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Purchase Option at any time without prior notice.

• We may refuse refunds or service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation. This never prevents you from cancelling a subscription.

• This policy does not limit any rights mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.

• If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to subscription orders and pre-orders whether or not the order has already shipped — see the section titled “Consumers in the European Union, EEA and United Kingdom” in our Terms of Service.

For questions regarding eligibility or timing, customers are responsible for contacting us before placing an order.
